Ray Of Hope For Online Poker Players

Online-Poker

For the first time since the crackdown on Friday players of the three largest online poker companies can finally log-in. Unfortunately for those who were hooping to play users will only be getting access to their funds so they can withdrawal them.

The FBI recently cracked down on the three largest online poker playing companies. Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker and Poker Stars were all shut down last Friday. Eleven people including  the founders of those three companies were arrested for money laundering and bank fraud among other things.

Since the incident the FBI placed a ban on the websites and restraining orders on 76 banks. Users were unable to access their accounts to withdrawal funds or play. The ban was lifted today for all but Absolute Poker, so users can finally log in to get back their money. Chris Tung of Skatter Tech posted today that he was able to login and access his account but his funds are still restricted and he expects it will be a while before he can get back the money he lost due to the FBI ban.
