Softpedia is reporting today that a California man filed a class action lawsuit against Apple claiming that their knowingly selling a faulty product.
The mans iPhone was apparently dropped from about3 feet by his daughter and subsequently the glass covering the back of the phone cracked. The man had only owned the phone for about 3 weeks before he says the incident occurred. He also states that he previously owned an iPhone 3GS which had suffered similar wear and tear and never cracked or broke.
