Engadget is reporting today that Sony has won a battle against hacker geohot in the form of a restraining order that’s meant to stop distribution of his PS3 jailbreak code.
Of course the code is still out in the wild and basically unstoppable at this point. Sony needs to give up and just let people who paid for their product use it however they want.
