A new social networking site recently went into beta. It’s called MyCube and aims to be the new king on the block.
According to the people over at MyCube. Their new social network is being built from the ground up to give users complete control over their privacy. I guess their hoping to get the few Facebook users who deem that site unsecure due to all the changes they tend to make to your privacy settings without asking you first.
Not unlike most social networks, the site will allow users to find each other based on common interests. Unlike most other social networking sites however, MyCube offers users a virtual currency that they can use to buy and sell more ‘valuable’ content.
The layout of the site isn’t too bad, good color scheme and very very simple navigation. I’ll have more to say once I’ve played with it a bit longer.
